Jollys Auto Parts Gift Card Terms and Conditions
- These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, use, and redemption of gift cards ("Gift Card”) issued by Jollys Auto Parts ("Jollys").
By purchasing, using, or attempting to redeem a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these.
The Gift Card can be purchased and activated at any Jollys Auto Parts store location.
The Gift Card can be loaded with a specified amount of money chosen by the purchaser.
The Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise at any Jollys Auto Parts physical store location.
The Gift Card cannot be used for online purchases.
The Gift Card is treated like cash and must be presented at the time of purchase.
If the purchase amount exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining balance must be paid with an alternative method.
Jollys Auto Parts is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
Treat the Gift Card like cash; lost or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Jollys Auto Parts is not responsible for unauthorized use of the Gift Card.
The Gift Card is valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.
After the expiration date, the Gift Card will no longer be valid, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.
To check the remaining balance on the Gift Card, visit any Jollys Auto Parts store location.
The Gift Card is non-transferable and may not be resold.
The Gift Card is not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
The Gift Card cannot be used in conjunction with any discounts, promotions, or other special offers, unless explicitly stated.
Jollys Auto Parts reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion.
