CONDITIONS OF SALE

These conditions relate only to the items on this invoice.

All goods remain the property of Jollys until paid in full

All your purchases from Jollys are warranted for a minimum of 90 days, with the following conditions and exceptions:

• Engine and transmission re sold with individual warranty details supplied with your purchase.
• All parts, which can be tested, are tested prior to sale. A part that is unable to be tested and is proven to have been faulty at the time of sale or within 90 days from the date of sale, will be repaired or exchanged for another in good condition. If Jollys mistakenly supplies the wrong part, Jollys will exchange it for the correct part. You will be given a full cash refund if Jollys is unable to exchange the part.
• If for some other reason you decide to return your part, Jollys will be happy to give you a credit voucher to the full value of your purchase. The voucher can be redeemed any time you need to buy parts from Jollys.
• Goods returned must be returned in the same condition as they were when sold and returned with your receipt as proof of purchase.
• Jollys can not be expected to give a refund, exchange, or credit for parts specially ordered in, made up, or for any section cut to order. Please ensure what you order is what you want.
• Although Jollys warranties all the parts it sells, it will not be held responsible for any consequential loss or damage, unauthorised repairs, labour cost, or any other loss or injury that may arise from the use of any parts sold.
